1. ACCEPTANCE
By creating an account or uploading audio to MixAdvisor ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. THE SERVICE
MixAdvisor provides automated technical analysis and AI-generated feedback on user-supplied audio recordings. Output is informational only and does not constitute professional engineering advice or a guarantee of commercial results.
3. ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. YOUR CONTENT
You retain all ownership of audio you upload. You grant MixAdvisor a limited licence to process, analyse and store your files solely to provide the Service. You confirm you own or have the necessary rights to any audio you upload.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not upload unlawful material, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, resell access, or use the Service to train competing models.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in GBP and shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time from the Plans page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
7. REFUNDS
Because access is granted instantly on payment, all subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact us within 14 days of your first purchase if you believe you are entitled to a statutory refund.
8. AVAILABILITY
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
9. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MixAdvisor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.
10. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
